SleepShift ("we", "our") is a free web app that helps shift workers plan their sleep schedules. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Shift data:Your shift times and commute duration are stored only in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Usage data: We may use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics (pages visited, device type, country). No personally identifiable information is collected.

Advertising: We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out at Google Ad Settings.

3. Cookies

SleepShift itself does not set cookies. Our advertising partner (Google AdSense) and analytics provider may set cookies. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.
